All payments made to EcardGuru are required in advance. Once a service is purchased or an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled for processing. Due to the nature of digital services and customized solutions, all payments are non-refundable, whether full or partial, under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed, as resources, time, and efforts are allocated immediately after payment. Change of mind, business decisions, delays from the client’s side, or dissatisfaction arising after work has commenced shall not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
In cases where recurring or subscription-based services are involved, clients must notify EcardGuru in writing prior to the next billing cycle if they wish to discontinue services. No refunds will be provided for the current or previous billing period.
EcardGuru reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, misuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions, without any refund obligation.
